Iran Airs Chairman, Mr. Farhad Parvaresh announced of valuation of Homa for preparing to be divested.

In an interview with Economic section of Fars News Agency "TAVANA", Mr. Farhad Parvaresh explained about privatizing Homa, Iran Air Tour and the Homa Hotels Group and turning Homa into the economic firm and reiterated: "the issue of privatizing Homa, Iran Air Tour and the Homa Hotels Group was proposed on Divesting Board. Now, evaluation of Homa Hotels Group is done. These Hotels are divested one time and according to the law, those will be divested again in near future."

Mr. Parvaresh continued: "The evaluation of Homa Hotels Group is 520 billion Tomans and soon it will be divested through the OTC." He pointed out to evaluation of Iran Air Tour and said: "Now, the marketing of this company is performed and we hope that this company will be divested through the OTC during the current year."

Mr. Parvaresh highlighted: "the evaluation of Homa will be done by IPO since the next month."
