In the execution of the duties and legal obligations on article 4 of the amendment of articles of 4th Development Plan and the regulations related to general policies of Principle (44) of the Constitution, Organization for Investment is published the second version of investment handbook in three volumes.

According to ISNA News Agency, Deputy Minister of Economy, Behrouz Alishiri mentioned: "Improving business environment is an economic strategy. Reforming business environment and improving the mentioned indicators are positive steps in the economic sphere to attract the resources and foreign investment and promotion of employment and production in the country."

He emphasized: "This book is published according to Clause 3 of article 7 of the above law, based upon the necessity to accelerate and shorten the licensing process on the executive agencies and to facilitate, smooth and eliminate the unnecessary permissions at the above process."

Deputy Minister of Economy remembered: "Investment handbook is the only document which mandate investment applicants, and no other organizations and authority is not allowed to ask for any certificate or conditions more than what is said in the handbook, to grant the license or permit.

Based upon the public relations of Organization for Investment announcement, Mr. Alishiri asked all authorities and activists of private and foreign investment sectors referring National Secretariat of Investment Organization located in the Investment Organization or the websites www.investiniran.ir www.doingbusinessiniran.ir for presenting their views on the above book and then their comments reflected in the third version of this book.
