In his talks with the Fars News Agency, Mehdi Oghdaei, the IPO Deputy added that “the IPO reached 90 percents of its predetermined objectives in the way of divesting SOEs during the first nine months of the current year. In his answer to a question regarding the number of divested shares during the period, Mr. Oghdaei said that “from March 21 to December 21 2007” more than 3.272.000.000 shares worth more than Rls. 15.377.000.000 were divested. He announced the interest on installment based sale of these shares divested by the IPO as Rls. 10.454.000.000.
