According to the Public Relation Office of Privatization Organization, referring to the recent Act of the Privatization Board about the assigning the rest of state shares ina number of large companies; Porihosseini stated that the total value of the whole stock is more than 52 Thousand billion Tomans which is considered as the biggest privatization of 2019.

The President of Iran Privatization Organization added that the process of assigning shares will be begun by the number of companies who are ready to transfer their shares in the coming days and the shares of these companies will be assigned in block or cash.

 Considering assignment of the rest of Telecommunication and Shipping Companies' shares, Pourihoseini stated that no act has been issued by the privatization board up to now.

Regarding the other assignments of the Privatization Organization, Porihosseini stated that 600 non-stock corporations whose pricing and supplying will be done at the end of 2019 will also be transferred.

The President of Privatization Organization stated that only 12% of the tenders out of 100 which have been h?ld during 18 years were considered successful. According to regulations, the pricing of state shares and ascertainment of the capacity of buyers are not the duties of the Privatization Organization.   Approval of basic price, ascertainment of the capacity, and assignment terms are the duties of assigning board.

Regarding the performance and function of assigning board in implementing the policies of the privatization, Pourihosseini stated that the members of the board are professional and specialized in pricing and ascertaining the capacity of buyers and they determine the basic price with full awareness, they announce the reserve price even higher than reasonable price.
