Mr. Aghajani stated that the share of the National Petrochemical Industries Company from the projects started with the private sector participation is 20 percents. In addition, following the prioritization of the divestiture of its affiliated companies, this Company is going to divest them by the end of 2012. Exceptions to these divestitures, however, are some strategically significant companies, such as Commercial Petrochemical, Spack, Research, Technology and Development Management Companies, or some complexes, which are the producers of raw materials for other complexes.
