100% shares of Sabz Binalood Power Plant Production Company (SBPPEC) will be divested to the private sector as the first of this kind through the OTC as of 15th of August 2010.

In the execution of the Law on Amendment of Articles of 4th Economic, Social and Cultural Development Plan of the I.R.Iran and the regulations related to General Policies of Principle (44) of the Constitution, 100 % shares of the said Company with 100 million equal shares with value base price of 2834 Rials will be divested to the private sector through the OTC as of Sunday Aug 15th 2010.

Notably, the production and selling electricity as energy is the most important part of the activity in SBPPEC. In addition, it was publicized that the total value of base share price would be 283 Billion and 400 million Rials.
