A total number of 273 million shares of Khaleej-e-Fars International Transportation Company is to be divested through Tehran Stock Exchange.

Public Relations liaison of Iran Privatization Organization (IPO) announced a total number of 273,528,000 shares, accounting for 87.37 percent of Khaleej-e-Fars International Transportation Company is to be divested by IPO on behalf of EhyaGostarHormoz Company on 4th December 2017.
According to this report the divestiture will take place with a base value of 4000 Rials per share, with 10 percent cash payment and 90 percent payment in installments.
