Managing director of Tavanir Company announced that Binalood, Shahid Montazeri & Qom plants will be divested to the private sector.

According to the report of Fars news agency, quoting the Ministry of Power, Homayoon Haezi said that in the execution of principle 44 of the constitution, Binalood, Isfahan Shahid Montazeri & Qom plants will be divested to the private sector during the next days.

According to his statement, three plants of Isfahan Shahid Montazeri, Binalood & Qom will be divested through the tender method.

Managing director of Tavanir Company added, "Auction of the remaining plants will be hold gradually."

On readiness of the companies to attend in the tender, he stated, "some financial institutions and organizations announced verbally their readiness to attend in the tender, but they didn’t announce written and in a formal way till the announcement of the prices and becoming specified the base of shares and divesting conditions."
