The 34.8% of the shares of Iran Transfo Company equivalent to 522,168,785 shares will be divested in cash through the Stock Exchange, on the price of the TSE Board price on the day of offering (equal to the closing price on the day before the offering date) plus 30%, unless it wouldnt be less than 4692 Rls. Also the whole shares of Sanandaj Power Generation Company equivalent to 220,970,874 shares will be divested in cash through the OTC, on the total base value of 5,042,775,569,000 Rls and 19.87% of the shares of Dehdashat Petrochemical Company equivalent to 77,196,030 shares on the value of 218,155,980,780 Rls will be divested in cash and installment through the OTC, on July and August 2012.
