The managing director of Dana Insurance Company announced of sending the report of 1388(Iranian Calendar) financial statements of this company to the organization and the stock company and declared the last shareholders and percentage of divested shares.

"In comparison with last year, 1388 financial statements of this company is better and more clear and there is no paragraph attached" , Hadi Oyar Hossein stated in an interview with Fars News Agency economic reporter, about the last status of inserting the name and divesting Dana Insurance shares in the stock market.

According to this report, when last year on (7, Oct. 2009) and (23, Nov. 2009), Alborz and Asia Insurance Companies entered the stock market at the prices of 629 and 148 Tomans and  the price discovery took place that admission Committee of Securities in June 21^st of this year accepted  Dana Insurance admission with the capital of 10.5 billion Tomans. Thus the third Insurance Company stepped into the Glass Hall after the insertion of its name.
