A block of Iran Transfo stocks, comprising 13.36 percent of its shares, will be listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange at an initial price of 6249 rials a share. The 13.36 percent block includes 501,152,611 shares, worth more 3131billion rials. The block trading will be conducted by the Iran Privatization Company.

The buyer has to pay 20 percent of the whole deal in cash and pay the rest in instalments over a period of 4 years. Delegated by the Arak Industry and Trade Company, the offering is to be arranged by the Parsian Agency at a time to be designated by the TSE.
