A total of 273,528,000 number of shares of Khaleej-e-Fars International Transportation Company to be divested through Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE).

Public Relations liaison of Iran Privatization Organization (IPO) reported a total number of 273,528,000 shares of the Khaleej-e-Fras International Transportation Company is to be divested in behalf of EhyaGostarHormoz Company with base value of 2460 Rials through TSE.

According to this report, the aforementioned number of shares accounts for 78.37 percent of the company and will be offered on 20th May 2018 in the form of 10 percent cash sale and 90 percent in 6-year installments.
