Consultative Assembly reported the legal privatization of Kermanshah Oil Refining Company.
The head of Research and Investigation Committee of Iran Consultative Assembly mentioned that Kermanshah Oil Refining Company has been transferred to the private section legally and the privatization of this company does not pose any problem.
According to Public Relation Department of the Privatization Organization, ShahabNaderi reported the legal privatization of Kermanshah Oil Refining company after investigation of Iran Consultative Assembly about the privatization and transferring condition and terms. After Ratifying the privatization of Kermanshah Oil Refining Company, Research and Investigation Committee of Iran Consultative Assembly inquired all competent authorities such as General Inspectorate of the State, Supreme Audit Court, andSecurity Organizations. Ultimately, the conclusion was made on the legal privatization of Kermanshah Oil Refining Company
The head of Research and Investigation Committee of Iran Consultative Assembly continued that the buyer has purchased the Oil Refining Company on the basis of observing the legal hierarchical order and law. The qualification of the buyer was also confirmed and the private sector has also been practiced well during running the Refining Company.
He also commented on the Research and Investigation of IranConsultative Assembly about Kermanshah Oil Refining company and stated that research and investigation are considered as means for the members of the Parliament to supervise and refine ministries and organizations . When the research and investigation committee come to conclusion regarding an issue, then it has legal sanction.
