According to Mehr News Agency, in the seventeenth session of Supreme Council for Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB) which is held in the presence of Mission of Central Bank of Iran and presided over by deputy Governor of Iran's Central Bank, Seyed Hamid Pourmohammadi, Tuesday in Jeddah-Saudi Arabia, Securities and Exchange Organization is accepted as a principle member and Eghtesad Novin Bank as an observer.
In this session, the report of the progress of whole measures of this board during 2010, the report of its financial status during 2010, the appointment of new Secretary General of Jassim Ahmed delegation from Bangladesh, status and the number of members in this year and next year, budget forecasting in the years 2011 and 2012 and the appointment of Chairman and Vice Chairman of Supreme Council head for 2011; were proposed and ratified.
